Summer Shenanigans

Well the summer is in full swing and I've already started working on the third and forth show...mind you we haven't closed the first show yet. Needless to say as of this moment I am ahead. This will probably not last long. I have a lot of work to do on the third show.

I built a boat today for the second show though.
It is a short canoe...some might call it a kayak...the design is an actual boat design that is suppose to be a 14' boat I shrunk to 10' per the designer's request.
The first show went off without a hitch. OK a slight hitch the umbrellas arrived a little later than expected...but they came and were perfect...until one broke. All is well though--hot glue came to the rescue yet again.
As for the rest of the summer. We have created a Frolf course, toured the Magic Hat brewery and Ben & Jerry's, swam in lake Champlain and there is plenty more to do.
The beginning of the summer was not pleasant. My car was broken into and my bike tire was flatten before making it's departure with Bearclaw. My ipod was stolen and the FM transmitter was broken thanks to some local punks. But the good news is that we helped apprehend them. Bearclaw, Menge and I chased after them and with the help of local law enforcement cornered them in the townhouses. I still have not gotten my ipod back but was told it was on them when the caught them. We'll see if I will be compensated for the broken FM transmitter and Window that was smashed.
